This directive specifies legal court holidays.
II.Court Holidays
  • A.The Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County has designated the following dates as legal court holidays for 2013.

  • B.The Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, will adjourn and the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County will be closed on the legal holidays listed in Item II-A. Members will not schedule any cases to any court on these dates.
  • C.Members will not schedule any cases to any court on the following keyed-out date for 2013:
    29AprilCommunity/Police Partnership DayMonday
  • D.Central Bond Court, which convenes every day of the year, will remain operational on the listed legal court holidays and the keyed-out date.
III.Court Citing Date Cards
  • A.The Department will distribute the 2013 Court Citing Date Cards-Traffic (CPD-22.911) and the 2013 Court Citing Date Cards for the Case Assignment Category entitled “Misdemeanor and City Ordinances” (CPD-11.562) to all sworn members via the Police Documents Section.
  • B.The 2013 Court Citing Date Cards, (CPD-22.911) and (CPD-11.562), are also available for reference on the Department’s Intranet at the Department Directives System.
